    Electronic Stability Control (ESC)

    Defect, in the NHTSA record
    Chrysler (FCA US, LLC) is recalling certain 2025-2026 Chrysler Voyager, Chrysler Pacifica, and 2026 Chrysler Voyager Plug-In Hybrid Electric (PHEV) vehicles. The brake pedal position sensor capacitor may be cracked, which can cause a loss of electronic stability control. As such, these vehicles fail to comply with the requirements of Federal Motor Vehicle Safety Standard number 126, "Electronic Stability Control Systems."

    Braun Corporation (Braun) is recalling certain 2023-2026 Chrysler Pacifica and Voyager vehicles. The spring inside the front seat harness connector may contact electrical terminals.
    Consequence, in the NHTSA record
    The unintended connection may prevent the air bags from deploying, increasing the risk of injury during a crash.

    Braun Corporation (Braun) is recalling certain 2023-2026 Chrysler Pacifica vehicles. The retractors may not lock, preventing the wheelchair from being properly secured.
    Consequence, in the NHTSA record
    An unsecured wheelchair can move during transit, increasing the risk of injury.

    Chrysler (FCA US, LLC) is recalling certain 2022-2026 Pacifica and Voyager vehicles. The right and left side curtain air bags may have insufficient pressure retention from improperly sealed seams. As such, these vehicles fail to comply with the requirements of Federal Motor Vehicle Safety Standard (FMVSS) number 226, "Ejection Mitigation."
    Consequence, in the NHTSA record
    Air bags with insufficient pressure retention increase the risk of ejection and injury during a crash.
    Remedy, in the NHTSA record
    Dealers will replace the side curtain air bags, as necessary, free of charge. Owner notification letters were mailed May 14, 2026. Owners may contact Chrysler customer service at 800-853-1403. Chrysler's numbers for this recall are 06D, 10D, and 11D. Vehicle Identification Numbers (VINs) involved in this recall will be searchable on NHTSA.gov beginning April 2, 2026.     Chrysler (FCA US, LLC) is recalling certain 2024-2025 Chrysler Pacifica vehicles. The vehicles were built with an incorrect radio, which can cause the rearview camera image not to display. As such, these vehicles fail to comply with the requirements of Federal Motor Vehicle Safety Standard (FMVSS) number 111, "Rear Visibility."
