    Defect, as filed: International Motors, LLC (International) is recalling certain 2026-2027 MV vehicles. The ECU software may fail to engage the brakes with adaptive cruise control (ACC) or hill hold assist.

    Consequence: A vehicle that does not automatically brake as expected increases the risk of a crash.

    Remedy: Dealers will update the brake ECU software, free of charge. Owner notification letters were mailed April 13, 2026. Owners may contact International's customer service at 1-800-448-7825.     Defect, as filed: FWMOTO INC. (FLYE) is recalling certain 2024 FWMOTO FLY-10 and 2022-2024 FLY E-BIKE FLY-10 scooters. The brake pads may provide insufficient braking performance. As such, these vehicles fail to comply with the requirements of Federal Motor Vehicle Safety Standard (FMVSS) number 122, “Motorcycle Brake Systems.”

    Consequence: Insufficient braking performance can extend the distance required to stop or cause a loss of vehicle control, increasing the risk of a crash or injury.

    Remedy: FLYE will replace the brake pads, free of charge, or repurchase the scooter. Owner notification letters were mailed March 27, 2026. Owners may contact FLYE customer service at 646-961-5177 or email support@flyebike.com.

    Defect, as filed: Chrysler (FCA US, LLC) is recalling certain 2026 Ram 3500, 3500 Cab Chassis, 2500, 4500 Cab Chassis, and 5500 Cab Chassis vehicles. The instrument panel may display an incorrect brake system warning light. As such, these vehicles fail to comply with the requirements of Federal Motor Vehicle Safety Standard number 101, "Control and Displays."

    Consequence: An incorrect warning light can fail to alert the driver to critical safety information, increasing the risk of a crash.

    Remedy: Dealers will replace the instrument panel cluster, free of charge. Owner notification letters were mailed September 9, 2025. Owners may contact Chrysler customer service at 800-853-1403. Chrysler's number for this recall is 79C.

    Remedy: Owners are advised not to use "One Pedal Drive" until the repair has been completed. Polestar has released an over-the-air (OTA) software update, free of charge.     Consequence: A loss of vehicle control increases the risk of a crash.

    Consequence: Deenergized brakes will not engage, increasing the risk of a crash.

    Remedy: Owners will be instructed to immediately stop towing the affected trailers until repairs have been made. Dealers will correct the wiring, free of charge.     Defect, as filed: Veoneer Brake Systems, LLC (Veoneer) is recalling certain Brake Booster assemblies with part numbers 4600A-TBA-A000, 4600A-TBA-A100, 4600A-TBF-A110, 4600A-TG7-A500, 4600A-TGS-A200, and 4600A-TYR-A100 installed in certain Honda vehicles. The tie rod fastener that connects the brake booster and the brake master cylinder may have been improperly assembled during manufacturing, which can cause the brake master cylinder to separate from the booster assembly.

    Consequence: Brake master cylinder separation can cause a loss of brake function and increase the risk of a crash.

    Remedy: Dealers will inspect, and repair the brake booster assembly as necessary, free of charge. The affected vehicle manufacturer will notify owners. Owners may contact Veoneer Brake Systems customer service at 248-440-1902.

    Defect, as filed: Arcimoto Inc (Arcimoto) is recalling certain 2020-2022 Deliverator, 2019-2022 FUV, 2021-2022 Rapid Responder, and 2020-2022 Roadster motorcycles. The brake pressure switch may corrode after exposure to salt and chemicals found in de-icers, causing the brake lights to illuminate constantly.

    Consequence: Brake lights that remain illuminated can cause confusion to other drivers and increase the risk of a crash.

    Remedy: Owners will be notified by mail and instructed to contact Arcimoto to schedule a service appointment to have the brake pressure switch inspected and dielectric grease added to the connection to prevent the brake lights from remaining on.     Defect, as filed: General Motors LLC (GM) is recalling certain 2020 Chevrolet Corvette and Cadillac CT4, CT5 and XT4, 2021 Chevrolet Trailblazer, and 2020-2021 Buick Encore GX vehicles. Sensor connection contamination in the electronic brake boost system may cause an interruption of communication between the sensor and the brake boost system.

    Consequence: If communication with the sensor is interrupted, the electronic brake boost assist could be lost. Extra pedal force will be required to slow and stop the vehicle, increasing the risk of a crash.

    Remedy: GM will notify owners, and dealers will replace the electronic brake boost module, free of charge. The recall began December 9, 2020.
