    Service Brakes, Hydraulic / Foundation Components / Master Cylinder

    Defect, in the NHTSA record
    Aston Martin The Americas (Aston Martin) is recalling certain 2024 Valkyrie vehicles built with track suspension. In certain driving conditions, the seal within one of the brake master cylinders can deform, resulting in excessive brake pressure which can lead to overheated brakes.
    Consequence, in the NHTSA record
    Brakes that overheat increase the risk of a fire.
    Remedy, in the NHTSA record
    Aston Martin will replace the brake master cylinders, free of charge. Letters informing owners of the safety risk are expected to be mailed June 17, 2026. Additional letters will be mailed once the remedy is available, anticipated in November 2026. Owners may contact Aston Martin customer service at 1-888-923-9988. Aston Martin's number for this recall is RA-06-2062. The Vehicle Identification Numbers (VINs) involved in this recall will become searchable on NHTSA.gov on June 17, 2026.

    Suspension / Rear

    Defect, in the NHTSA record
    Aston Martin The Americas (Aston Martin) is recalling certain 2026 DBX S, 2023-2026 DBX707, and 2021-2024 DBX vehicles. The pin for the torque reaction link may slide out of the rear lower suspension arm, causing the rear lower suspension arm casting to crack or shear.
    Consequence, in the NHTSA record
    Failure of the rear lower suspension arm can cause a loss of vehicle control, damage the brake line or other suspension components, and increase the risk of a crash.
    Remedy, in the NHTSA record
    Aston Martin will inspect the lower rear suspension arms for cracks, and as necessary, replace the lower rear arms, and replace the bolts for the torque reaction links, free of charge. Owner notification letters were mailed May 28, 2026. Owners may contact Aston Martin customer service at 1-888-923-9988. Aston Martin's number for this recall is RA-41-2086.     Tires / Pressure Monitoring and Regulating Systems

    Aston Martin The Americas (Aston Martin) is recalling certain 2025-2026 DBX and 2026 DBX S vehicles. The tire pressure monitoring system (TPMS) light may not illuminate as intended, failing to warn drivers that one or more tires may be underinflated. As such, these vehicles fail to comply with the requirements of Federal Motor Vehicle Safety Standard number 138, "Tire Pressure Monitoring Systems."

    Aston Martin is recalling certain 2025 Vanquish vehicles. The vacuum pump may not generate vacuum, resulting in a loss of power brake assist and decreased brake function.
    Consequence, in the NHTSA record
    A loss of power brake assist can extend the distance required to stop the vehicle, increasing the risk of a crash.

    Aston Martin The Americas (Aston Martin) is recalling certain 2024 Valkyrie vehicles. Incorrect length screws were used to attach the rear fuse box closing panel, which may result in damage to the wiring harness.
    Consequence, in the NHTSA record
    A damaged wiring harness can lose electrical power and result in the engine stalling or loss of headlights, power assisted steering, and other critical vehicle functions, increasing the risk of a crash.
    Remedy, in the NHTSA record
    Dealers will replace the fuse box closing panel screws and, if necessary, replace any damaged components, free of charge. Owner notification letters were mailed July 29, 2025.
