Announce Recall of Deluxe Grill Rocks WASHINGTON, D.C. - In cooperation with the U.S. Consumer Product Safety Commission (CPSC), Keanall Products Inc., of Ardmore, Tenn., is recalling approximately 4,200 packages of Deluxe Grill Rocks, used as replacement briquettes in gas grills. The rocks can break apart when heated, possibly causing pieces to be ejected from the grill, and resulting in burns to nearby consumers. Keanall Products is aware of seven incidents where these rocks fractured and pieces were ejected from the grill. One consumer sustained minor burns. The Deluxe Grill Rocks are pyramid shaped and reddish brown in color. The product is available for sale in a box containing approximately 54 pieces.
