The handle on the seats can unlock unexpectedly, causing an infant to fall and be injured. Graco has received 45 reports of handles unlocking unexpectedly, including reports of four skull fractures and two concussions. To prevent the handle from unlocking unexpectedly, Graco is offering a free repair kit that will lock the handle in position. The repair can be installed easily by consumers without the use of tools.
