In cooperation with the U.S. Consumer Product Safety Commission (CPSC), Hedstrom Corporation of Bedford, Pa., offered a modification to 180,000 metal and wood backyard gym sets that will fix a potential flip-over problem with the sets' Star Cruiser two-passenger swing. While Hedstrom is not aware of any injuries from the Star Cruiser, the company has received reports that children can cause the swing to flip over while they are in it, creating a risk of injury. Consumers should immediately stop using and discard the product.
