    Dorel Juvenile Group (Dorel) is recalling certain Safety 1st Grow & Go Sprint child seats. The included model numbers are CC321GYU, CC321GYUD, CC321GYY, CC321GYYD, CC321HAO, and CC321HAR. The headrest foam pad is not adequately secured, which can allow a child to pick off pieces of foam.
    Consequence, in the NHTSA record
    Pieces of foam can present a choking hazard to a child, increasing the risk of injury.
    Remedy, in the NHTSA record
    Dorel will mail a replacement headrest pad assembly kit, free of charge. Owner notification letters were mailed July 31, 2025. Owners may contact Dorel's customer service at 1-877-657-9546 or gng-sprint-recall@djgusa.com.

    Dorel Juvenile Group (Dorel) is recalling certain Safety 1st Comfort Ride 3-in-1, Boost & Go 3-in-1, Boost & Go Essential 3-in-1, and MagicSquad 3-in-1 harness booster child seats. Please refer to Dorel's recall report for specific model numbers. The forward-facing installation label incorrectly states the height range. As such, these child seats fail to comply with the requirements of Federal Motor Vehicle Safety Standard number 213, "Child Restraint Systems."
    Consequence, in the NHTSA record
    An incorrect label may result in an improperly restrained child, increasing the risk of injury in a crash.
    Remedy, in the NHTSA record
    Dorel will mail owners a new label, free of charge. Owner notification letters were mailed April 4, 2025. Owners may contact Dorel's customer service at 1-877-657-9546 or comfort-ride-recall@djgusa.com.

    Defect, in the NHTSA record
    Dorel Juvenile Group (Dorel) is recalling certain Safety 1st onBoard 35 Secure Tech, Safety 1st Secure Tech Infant Base, Maxi-Cosi Coral XP, Maxi-Cosi Mico XP Max, Maxi-Cosi Mico XP, Maxi-Cosi Mico Luxe+, and Maxi-Cosi Infant Base child seats. Please refer to Dorel's recall report for specific model numbers. The lower seat anchors used to secure the child seat base may fail, allowing the child seat to detach. As such, these child seats fail to comply with the requirements of Federal Motor Vehicle Safety Standard number 213, "Child Restraint Systems."
    Consequence, in the NHTSA record
    A detached child seat may not properly restrain the occupant, increasing the risk of injury in a crash.
    Remedy, in the NHTSA record
    Owners are advised to only secure their child seat(s) with the vehicle belt restraint system until the seat is remedied. Dorel will mail a replacement base to owners, free of charge.     Dorel Juvenile Group (DJG) is recalling certain Safety 1st Complete Air LX (models CC050xxx), Safety 1st Complete Air SE (models CC051xxx), and Safety 1st Alpha Omega Elite (models 22187xxx , 22465xxx ,CC033xxx , and CC046xxx), and Eddie Bauer Deluxe 3 in 1 convertible (models 22790xxx , and CC046xxx) child restraint systems manufactured from July 20, 2010, through May 18, 2011. [Note: The 'xxx' at the end of each model number represents different color options that each seat could be.] The rear facing belt path installation arrows are incorrect and could be potentially construed as pointing toward the forward facing vehicle belt path location. Therefore, the affected seats fail to conform to the labeling requirements of Federal Motor Vehicle Safety Standard No. 213, "Child Restraint Systems."

    If the child seat is not installed properly, the child may be injured in the event of a crash.
    Remedy, in the NHTSA record
    DJG will notify registered owners and provide free label kits consisting of modified labels which will correct the potential inconsistent information and instructions as to the proper installation of the restraint, free of charge.     Certain dorel juvenile group (djg) cosco: alpha omega, alpha omega elite, models 22150, 22155, 22180, 22269; eddie bauer: 3-in-1, deluxe 3-in-1, deluxe convertible, models 22450, 22451, 22452, 22453, 22740, 22750, 22755, 22756, 22757, 22770; safety 1st: alpha elite, alpha omega, alpha omega elite, intera, enspira, models 22151, 22450, 22451, 22452, 22453, 22455, 22460, 22470, 22480, 22740, 22481, child restraint systems manufactured during november 2003 through december 2005. The harness adjustment strap can loosen while in use.
    Consequence, in the NHTSA record
    In the event of a vehicle crash, the child may not be properly restrained, possibly resulting in an increased risk of injury.
    Remedy, in the NHTSA record
    Djg will notify all registered owners and offer them a free repair kit to replace the harness adjustment strap. Owners who have not registered their child restraint system should visit djg's website at www.djgusa.com or call toll-free at 800-219-0509. The recall began on august 30, 2007.

    Defect, in the NHTSA record
    Certain djg designer 22 rear-facing only infant child restraints, models: eddie bauer, safety 1st , and cosco, manufactured between august 19, 2003, and october 20, 2004. If the harness is not properly tightened, the infant seat can experience web movement or web creep. It is important to note the gb1b line code located next to the model number on the child restraint indicates the unit was manufactured by good baby products and is the only line included in the recall. Any line code other than gb1b, such as de1b, is not included in the recall.
    Consequence, in the NHTSA record
    If web creep were to occur, in the event of a vehicle crash, the child could move too far forward, possibly increasing the risk of injury.
    Remedy, in the NHTSA record
    Djg will notify its customers and provide a free in-home remedy kit consisting of two clips and installation instructions free of charge. The recall began on may 7, 2005. Owners may contact djg at 800-881-0570.
