Defect, as filed: Grand Design RV, LLC (Grand Design) is recalling certain 2026-2027 Lineage recreational vehicles equipped with the optional Lineage 43 tire package. The vehicle's top speed may exceed the tire's speed rating. As such, these vehicles fail to comply with the requirements of Federal Motor Vehicle Safety Standard (FMVSS) number 120, "Wheels and Rims - Other than Passenger Cars."
Consequence: A tire may fail while traveling at higher speeds, increasing the risk of a crash.
Remedy: The remedy for this recall is under development. Owner notification letters are expected to be mailed November 2, 2026. Owners may contact Grand Design customer service at 1-574-825-9679. Grand Design's number for this recall is M910067.

Due to a software error, the tire pressure monitoring system may fail to detect low tire pressure and/or fail to illuminate the tire pressure monitoring system (TPMS) warning light as intended. As such, these vehicles fail to comply with the requirements of Federal Motor Vehicle Safety Standard (FMVSS) number 138, "Tire Pressure Monitoring System."
Consequence: A TPMS warning light that fails to notify the driver of low tire pressure increases the risk of a crash.
Remedy: Dealers will update the radio frequency hub software, free of charge. Owner notification letters were mailed beginning September 17, 2026. Defect, as filed: General Motors, LLC (GM) is recalling certain 2024-2025 Chevrolet Silverado 2500 and GMC Sierra 2500 vehicles equipped with the enhanced towing option and 20-inch accessory tire/wheel package. The tire information label may state the incorrect rear tire pressure, resulting in underinflated tires and preventing the tire pressure monitoring system (TPMS) from displaying a low tire pressure warning.
Consequence: Driving with underinflated tires can increase the risk of a crash.
Remedy: Dealers will inspect, update the engine control module (ECM) software, apply a tire label overlay, inflate tires to the correct pressure, and perform a tire pressure monitor system (TPMS) re-learn process as necessary, free of charge. Consequence: A detached bottle cap can become a projectile and strike the user or others nearby, increasing the risk of injury.
