Defect, as filed: K&N Engineering, Inc. (K&N) is recalling certain K&N and Spectre replacement fuel filters with part numbers KN81-0300, KN81-0301, SPE-2369, SPE-2358, and SPE-6932. The O-ring in the fuel filter may disintegrate, causing a leak.
Consequence: A fuel leak in the presence of an ignition source increases the risk of a fire. In addition, pieces of the O-ring may clog the fuel lines, causing a loss of engine performance and increasing the risk of a crash.
Remedy: Owners are advised not to drive their vehicles until they replace the fuel filter. K&N will refund the purchase price, free of charge. Owner notification letters were mailed in July 28, 2026. Owners may contact K&N customer service at recallreturn@knfilters.com or 1-866-401-5660.

Defect, as filed: Natural Gas Fuel Systems, LLC dba CCFT (NGFS) is recalling certain Cummins Clean Fuel Technologies 75DGE CNG Fuel Systems. The CNG tank support bracket may become deformed during a side impact crash, causing the tank to dislodge or detach.
Consequence: A dislodged or detached tank can leak fuel, increasing the risk of a fire.
Remedy: NGFS will install an additional bracket, free of charge. Owner notification letters were mailed June 23, 2026. Owners may contact CCFT's customer service at 817-767-6020.

Consequence: Heat exposure may damage the hose. A damaged hose may leak fuel, increasing the risk of a fire.

Defect, as filed: Luxfer Canada Ltd. (Luxfer) is recalling certain Unified Fine Pitch thread adapters, model EP-O-350-8-U5 with part number K0079. The O-ring recess in the gas cylinder adapter may be incompatible with certain valve types.
Consequence: Using an incompatible valve may reduce the O-ring compression, increasing the risk of a hydrogen leak and fire.

Defect, as filed: Daimler Trucks North America LLC (DTNA) is recalling certain 2026 Freightliner Cascadia Fifth Gen vehicles. The compressed natural gas fuel line was routed incorrectly, allowing it to chafe and damage wiring harnesses and brake lines.
Consequence: Damaged wiring harnesses and brake lines can cause a loss of brake function and increase the risk of a crash. A damaged fuel line increases the risk of a fire.
Remedy: DTNA inspected and rerouted the compressed natural gas fuel line, as necessary free of charge. All vehicles have been remedied. Owners may contact DTNA customer service at 1-800-547-0712. DTNA's number for this recall is F1021.

Defect, as filed: Keystone RV Company (Keystone) is recalling certain 2025 Fuzion and Raptor toy hauler recreational trailers. The generator's fuel and vapor hoses may have been reversed during installation.
Consequence: Incorrectly connected hoses can feed fuel into the incorrect side of the carburetor, increasing the risk of a fire.

Defect, as filed: ILJIN Hysolus (ILJIN) is recalling certain Compressed Natural Gas (CNG) tanks. For a complete list of part numbers, please see the attached document. The pressure relief device may not fully vent, which can cause the tank to rupture. As such, these tanks fail to comply with the requirements of Federal Motor Vehicle Safety Standard (FMVSS) number 304, "Compressed Natural Gas Fuel Container Integrity."
Consequence: A ruptured fuel tank increases the risk of fire and injury.
Remedy: ILJIN will provide a refund for the purchase price of the tank. ILJIN will notify distributors by June 6, 2025.

Defect, as filed: Hyundai Motor America (Hyundai) is recalling certain 2019-2024 Nexo vehicles. The thermally activated pressure relief device (TPRD) may break and cause a hydrogen gas leak, which can result in a fire while parked.
Consequence: A vehicle fire increases the risk of injury.
Remedy: Owners are advised to park outside and away from structures until the recall remedy is completed. Dealers will replace the TPRD, free of charge. Interim notification letters, notifying owners of the safety risk, were mailed November 8, 2024. Final owner notification letters will be mailed in phases, beginning January 6, 2025. The low-pressure CNG hoses and fittings are insufficient and may leak. As such, these vehicles fail to comply with the requirements of Federal Motor Vehicle Safety Standard (FMVSS) number 304, "Compressed Natural Gas Fuel Container Integrity."
Consequence: A compressed natural gas leak can result in a fire or explosion, increasing the risk of injury.
Remedy: Owners are advised to remove the vehicles from service until the final remedy becomes available. Dealers will replace the low pressure CNG hoses, free of charge. Interim letters notifying owners of the safety risk were mailed August 1, 2024. A second notice will be sent once the remedy becomes available.
