    Defect, as filed: Forest River, Inc (Forest River) is recalling certain 2026-2027 Dynamax Grand Sport GT recreational vehicles. The engine pre-heat pump may have been improperly installed, causing the coolant hose to fail.

    Consequence: A coolant hose failure can cause the engine to overheat, increasing the risk of a crash.

    Remedy: Dealers will re-pin the wiring harness, re-route the coolant hoses, and replace parts as necessary, free of charge. Owner notification letters are expected to be mailed October 31, 2026. The fuel tank cage material and fuel system mounting may be incompatible. As such, these vehicles fail to comply with the requirements of Federal Motor Vehicle Safety Standard number 301, "Fuel System Integrity."

    Consequence: During a crash, an incompatible fuel tank cage and fuel system may result in a fuel leak, increasing the risk of a fire.

    Remedy: Dealers will reconfigure components to accommodate the existing fuel tank cage, free of charge. Owner notification letters were mailed September 22, 2026. Owners may contact DTNA customer service at 1-800-547-0712. DTNA's number for this recall is F1037.

    Consequence: A fuel leak in the presence of an ignition source, increases the risk of a fire.

    Remedy: Owners are advised to park outside and away from structures until the remedy is completed. Dealers will inspect and replace the fuel tank as necessary, free of charge.     Defect, as filed: Ford Motor Company (Ford) is recalling certain 2020-2022 F-Super Duty F250, F350, F450, F550, 2021-2022 F600, and 2022 F750 vehicles previously repaired incorrectly under recall number 24V957. Biodiesel deposits may form on the pump drivetrain roller components, which could lead to failure of the high pressure fuel pump.

    Consequence: High pressure fuel pump failure can cause a loss of drive power, increasing the risk of a crash.

    Remedy: Dealers will update the powertrain control module (PCM) software, free of charge. Owner notification letters were mailed mailed April 7, 2026.     Defect, as filed: Remote Vans is recalling certain 2025 Aegis and Oasis motorhomes. Optional equipment may cause the motorhome to exceed Gross Vehicle Weight Rating (GVWR) when carrying the maximum number of occupants. As such, these vehicles fail to comply with the requirements of Federal Motor Vehicle Safety Standard (FMVSS) number 110, “Tire Selection and Rims” and 49 CFR Part 567, "Certification."

    Consequence: An overloaded motorhome increases the risk of a crash.

    Remedy: Dealers will replace the extended range fuel tank with a standard fuel tank and remove the skid plates and expedition box on Aegis motorhomes and issue new OCCC labels, free of charge. For Oasis vehicles, dealers will replace the fuel tank and issue new OCCC labels, free of charge. Owner notification letters were mailed November 14, 2025.     Defect, as filed: BMW of North America, LLC (BMW) is recalling certain 2018 328D SportsWagon, 328D xDrive SportsWagon, 328D xDrive, and 328D diesel vehicles equipped with an exhaust gas recirculation (EGR) module with an integrated cooler. The EGR cooler may leak internally, causing coolant to mix with diesel engine soot, which could result in smoldering particles and a melting intake manifold.

    Consequence: Smoldering particles and a melting intake manifold increase the risk of a fire.

    Remedy: Dealers will replace the EGR cooler, inspect and replace the intake manifold, if necessary, and clean the EGR pipe connecting the cooler to the manifold, free of charge. Owner notification letters are expected to be mailed December 5, 2025. Owners may contact BMW customer service at 1-800-525-7417. The original fuel tank may have been replaced with an incorrect fuel tank, which can allow fuel to leak in a rollover crash.

    Defect, as filed: Altec Industries, Inc. (Altec) is recalling certain 2022-2024 TA Series, AT Series, L Series, LR Series Aerial Devices, and AF Series Forestry bodies. The fuel lines may not be properly secured, which can cause the lines to chafe and result in a fuel leak.

    Consequence: A fuel leak in the presence of an ignition source can increase the risk of a fire.

    Remedy: Altec will provide owners with instructions to inspect the fuel lines. If the lines are improperly secured, Altec will provide a kit to secure the lines.
